Cato Sicarius is a highly prominent and often controversial Primaris Space Marine within the Ultramarines Chapter. Origins and Ascent: Born into a noble house on the ocean world of Talassar, a proud part of Ultramar, Sicarius quickly distinguished himself. He inherited the prestigious Talassarian Tempest Blade, a storm-wrack adamantine sword that symbolizes his heritage and martial excellence. Throughout his career, he has garnered numerous honors, including Victorex Alpha, Laurels of Victory, and proudly bears the golden Talassari eagle on his left pauldron.

Sicarius rapidly ascended the ranks, becoming the Captain of the Ultramarines' 2nd Company and the Master of the Watch, a position second only to Chapter Master Marneus Calgar. • Slaying Ork Warlord Zanzag: In the brutal caverns of Black Reach, Sicarius personally slew the Ork Warlord Zanzag after a desperate fight that saw him exhaust all his ammunition, reportedly killing 10,000 Orks in the process.
• Crushing Necrons on Damnos: He led the Ultramarines to a crucial victory over the Necrons of the Sautekh Dynasty on Damnos, banishing a C'tan shard and liberating the capital city.

The Indomitus Crusade and the Victrix Guard: During the desperate times of the Indomitus Crusade, following the opening of the Great Rift, Cato Sicarius was presumed lost in the Warp. However, against all odds, he survived the ordeal. Upon his return, the recently revived Primarch Roboute Guilliman recognized Sicarius's exceptional talents and profound loyalty. Guilliman appointed him, first temporarily, then permanently, as the commander of the Victrix Honour Guard. This elite formation is dedicated to protecting the Primarch himself.
