Equipment and Abilities (10th Edition):

• Lictor Claws and Talons: The Deathleaper is armed with a variety of deadly close-combat weapons. These often have special rules like [LETHAL HITS] (automatically wound on a critical hit) and [SUSTAINED HITS] (generate additional hits on critical rolls), making it incredibly effective in melee.
• Hunter Organism: Due to its nature as an apex predator and assassin, the Deathleaper cannot be designated as your Warlord in a Tyranid army.
• Tactical Role: It acts as a cunning vanguard predator, constantly adapting its hunting patterns.
