Bladeguard Veterans are elite infantry units within the Space Marine Chapters, specifically designed to serve as both shock troops and bodyguards. They are heavily armored and equipped with powerful weaponry, making them a versatile force on the battlefield. Bladeguard Veterans are often deployed to protect key figures, such as Chapter Masters or other important leaders, while also engaging in frontline combat to secure victory for the Imperium.

Bladeguard Veterans are clad in ornate power armor that reflects their status as elite warriors. Key features include:

Armor: Their armor is often adorned with the symbols and colors of their Chapter, showcasing their heritage and achievements. The armor is reinforced for added protection, making them resilient in battle.

Weapons: Bladeguard Veterans are typically armed with:

Master-crafted Power Swords: These weapons are designed for close combat, capable of slicing through armor and delivering devastating blows to enemies.
Storm Shields: Many Bladeguard Veterans carry storm shields, providing additional protection and allowing them to withstand enemy fire while advancing into combat.

Trophies and Honors: Their armor may be decorated with trophies from their victories, such as the skulls of defeated foes or purity seals, symbolizing their dedication to the Emperor and their Chapter.

Lead the charge with these close combat masters. Each is armed with a master-crafted power sword and equipped with a storm shield. There is an option to make one of the squad into a sergeant. The kit also includes multiple head, tilting plate, pistol, and holster variants as well as plasma pistol and neo-volkite pistol options for the sergeant. These grizzled veterans are clad in the finest plate, which looks great in the colours of any Chapter.

This 78-part plastic kit makes three Bladeguard Veterans and is supplied with three 40mm Citadel round bases. It is also supplied with an Ultramarines Infantry transfer sheet.
