The Command Squad is typically made up of a small group of highly trained Guardsmen who accompany a commanding officer, such as a Company Commander or a Lord Commissar. This squad is equipped with a variety of weapons and equipment that allow them to provide tactical support, boost morale, and enhance the combat effectiveness of the Astra Militarum forces.

Leadership and Orders: The Command Squad is essential for issuing orders to nearby units, allowing them to perform better in combat. Orders can include directives to improve shooting accuracy, enhance movement, or bolster morale.

*Versatile Equipment: Members of the Command Squad can be equipped with a range of weapons and gear, including:
*Plasma Guns: High-damage weapons effective against both infantry and armored targets.
*Meltaguns: Ideal for taking out heavily armored vehicles and monsters at close range.
*Standard Bearer: A Guardsman carrying a regimental standard can provide morale boosts and additional benefits to nearby units.
*Medic: A squad member equipped with a medikit can help revive fallen comrades, increasing the squad's durability.

Tactical Flexibility: The Command Squad can adapt to various battlefield roles, whether providing fire support, enhancing the effectiveness of infantry, or acting as a mobile command center.


This multipart plastic kit builds one Chimera – a transport capable of deploying troops and mobile firepower. The Chimera is armed with a turret-mounted primary weapon – your choice of a multi-laser, heavy bolter, or heavy flamer – as well as a hull-mounted heavy bolter or heavy flamer. It sports a lasgun array to be operated by its passengers, with six integrated lasguns running along its flanks. The kit also includes components to upgrade the Chimera with a hunter-killer missile, dozer blade, and a choice of pintle-mounted weapon – a storm bolter or heavy stubber.

The Chimera's hatch can be built closed or open, with an exposed crew member featuring a choice of heads and arms. The kit includes a number of other accessories to customise your vehicle, including a searchlight, comms system, towing hooks, and aquila sigil.

This kit comprises 95 plastic components, and is supplied with an Astra Militarum Vehicle Transfer Sheet featuring tactical markings, numerals, and other regimental heraldry. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
