The JG brand has always been well know for offering decent products at a very comfortable price, often used for rental models the JG brand is a great work horse and just gets the job done and this 551 offering is no different.
The JG 551 looks nice, feel great and shoots well.

This JG SIG 551 like a lot of there entry level models are made from a tough poly Exterior that can take a good deal of wear and tear, the internals are made from metal including but not limited to the gear box, gears and inner/outer barrel.
The JG SIG 551 has small rail on the under side and side,  great for adding a few extra bits to it to make it your own.
The beauty with a mostly poly exterior model is that it keep the model well balance and easy to maneuver, keeps the cost down but you don't lose any performance due to the internals still being of a good quality, it really is best of both worlds.

The JG SIG 551 has a few features up it's sleeve although it is in my opinion a more basic rifle, It's longer than the 552 great for outdoor games. The Sig has a folding stock to make it even smaller.
The JG Sig 551 is front wired with the battery going in the hard guard and has front and rear sights.
