Mandrakes are a mysterious and sinister faction within the Drukhari society, often associated with the dark powers of the Warp. They are known for their ability to move unseen and strike from the shadows, making them perfect for assassination missions and covert operations. With their agility and mastery of stealth, Mandrakes are capable of infiltrating enemy lines and eliminating key targets with ruthless efficiency.

A typical Kill Team Mandrakes squad consists of several key roles, each contributing to the team's overall effectiveness:

Mandrake Leader: The leader of the squad, often a seasoned assassin, directs the team's actions and ensures that objectives are met. Armed with a combination of close-combat weapons and ranged options, the Mandrake Leader is a formidable presence on the battlefield.

Mandrake Assassins: Most Mandrakes are equipped with a variety of weapons, including:

Splinter Pistol: A sidearm that fires razor-sharp splinters, effective for engaging enemies at range while remaining mobile.

Special Weapons: Depending on the mission, some Mandrakes may carry specialized weapons, such as:

Blasters: Powerful weapons that can deliver devastating firepower against armored targets.
Shardcarbines: Versatile weapons that can be used for both ranged and close-quarters combat, allowing for flexibility in engagements.

Cloaks of Shadows: Mandrakes often wear cloaks that enhance their stealth capabilities, allowing them to blend into their surroundings and move unseen. This makes them exceptionally difficult to detect, even in the heat of battle.


This multipart plastic kit allows you to build 10 Mandrakes, otherworldly shadow-assassins from the outer depths of the Drukhari's Dark City, Commorragh. These miniatures can be used as Mandrakes operatives in games of Kill Team, or fielded with Drukhari armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. This kit includes various weapons, heads, and accessories, allowing you to assemble a unique squad and build some as specialists for your kill team – such as a balefire-slinging Abyssal, a terrifying Nightfiend, and a greatblade-wielding Chooser of the Flesh.

Inside the box you will also find a set of 38 Mandrakes tokens, so you can easily keep track of your equipment and in-game effects in the heat of battle.

This set comprises 124 plastic components and is supplied with 10x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
