The Bladeguard Veterans can each be equipped with a heavy bolt pistol and sword, a heavy bolt pistol and shield, or a sword and shield. The veteran sergeant has a choice of heavy bolt pistol, plasma pistol, or neo-volkite pistol. The heads, arms, and tilting plates are interchangeable across the squad.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe elite Sword Brethren are each armed with a bolt pistol and either a chainsword or master-crafted power weapon. One member of the squad can be armed with a thunder hammer, one with a plasma pistol, two with pyre pistols, and one with twin lightning claws. You can also build an optional Castellan armed with a bolt pistol or combi-weapon, and a chainsword or master-crafted power weapon. The backpacks, backpack toppers, shoulder pads, tilting plates, and heads are interchangeable across the miniatures.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Crusader Squad features four Neophytes armed with either Neophyte firearms or bolt pistols and chainswords. The six Initiates can be armed with a bolt rifle or bolt pistol and a chainsword. Two can be armed with a pyreblaster, and two with a bolt pistol and power fist. One of the Initiates can be built as an optional Sword Brother, armed with a master-crafted power weapon and either a bolt pistol or pyre pistol.
